TheMarketMind provides education, market information, journalling tools, simulated trading and access to independent signal providers. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

Do not misuse the service, evade access controls, scrape private content, interfere with other members, upload malicious files or use the platform for unlawful activity. Access may be restricted to protect members or the service.

Prices, billing intervals and included access are shown before checkout. Existing recurring customers retain their agreed Stripe price unless they cancel and purchase again. Signal providers independently set their pricing and manage ordinary refund decisions.

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that third-party market data will always be complete. Features may change where necessary for security, law or service improvement.

The service is not financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, TheMarketMind is not responsible for trading losses, indirect loss or decisions made using educational material, market data or provider signals.
