Privacy Policy

We process account details, login and security records, connected Discord identifiers, purchases, subscriptions, refund requests, notification preferences, support messages and trading-journal information you choose to provide. Connected broker API credentials are encrypted and should be read-only.

Information is used to operate accounts, deliver purchases, calculate journal and provider performance, secure the service, prevent abuse, send requested notifications, provide support and meet accounting or legal obligations.

Necessary information may be handled by infrastructure, database, email, analytics, Stripe, Discord and market-data providers. We do not sell personal information. Providers receive only the information required to provide their service.

Account information is retained while your account is active and afterwards where security, accounting or law requires it. You may export your account data or request deletion from Settings. Some billing and fraud-prevention records may be retained or anonymised.
