Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and any displayed request period apply only as stated at checkout and in your billing settings. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and processing time depends on Stripe and your bank.

You may submit a refund request at any time. The signal provider reviews the request and may approve, deny or choose a partial amount. TheMarketMind does not set provider prices or decide ordinary provider refund requests.

Payments for an independent seller's product are split directly on-chain between that seller and TheMarketMind. TheMarketMind does not hold or control the seller's share and does not process or decide refunds on the seller's behalf. Any approved crypto refund requires a new blockchain transfer by the recipient of the relevant funds. Network fees and exchange-rate changes may affect the amount received.

Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Customers must use the exact asset, network, amount and checkout contract shown. Sellers must provide a correct Base-compatible wallet that they control. To the extent permitted by law, TheMarketMind cannot recover or replace funds sent using an incorrect network, token or address, or funds delivered to a seller wallet that is inaccessible or incorrectly supplied.

If a signal provider leaves or is removed, TheMarketMind will seek to end future billing and refund the unused portion of the current billing period where technically and legally possible. Members are not automatically resubscribed if the provider later returns.

Duplicate charges and payment errors should be reported promptly. Fraudulent or abusive refund activity may result in restricted access.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
