Refund Policy

Refund eligibility and any displayed request period apply only as stated at checkout and in your billing settings. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and processing time depends on Stripe and your bank.

You may submit a refund request at any time. The signal provider reviews the request and may approve, deny or choose a partial amount. TheMarketMind does not set provider prices or decide ordinary provider refund requests.

If a signal provider leaves or is removed, TheMarketMind will seek to end future billing and refund the unused portion of the current billing period where technically and legally possible. Members are not automatically resubscribed if the provider later returns.

Duplicate charges and payment errors should be reported promptly. Fraudulent or abusive refund activity may result in restricted access.
